Cancellation & Refund

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Easitripbooking will charge AUD 5 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.

To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call Easitripbooking Customer Care. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of AUD 10 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings a standard fee of AUD 10 per person would be charged for online cancellation and AUD 12 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.

For rescheduling of domestic flights, Easitripbooking will charge AUD 5 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.

For no-show on domestic flights, Easitripbooking will charge AUD 5 per person per sector as standard no-show charges on top of airline charges.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Easitripbooking Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

All the refunds will be processed immediately & will be reflected in customer original mode of payment within 7 working days.
